The configuration is Meraki-easy as expected.
With this device the An圜onnect VPN was working. The next try was my MX68 (which I got from Meraki for my recognition as a Meraki All-Star, thanks again for that!). Either it kept a self-signed-certificate or did not enable the An圜onnect server at all. My first try was with a Meraki Z3 which should be supported, but that device did not want to enroll a public certificate. It was first announced at Cisco Live 2015 (at least that is where I first heard of it) and after no more than six years the first public beta (v16.4) is available.
802.The support for An圜onnect VPNs is probably one of the most wanted features for Meraki customers. Auto VPN for intelligent site-to-site VPN connectivity. This filtering determines which packets should be allowed through the firewall. This MX68 includes stateful packet filtering for monitoring active linkages. It has an Intrusion Prevention System that detects and mitigates malicious incidents. This eliminates the need for manual network and security appliance configuration. The zero-touch provisioning of the Cisco Meraki MX68 cloud-managed security appliance aids automatic deployment. 
Its 200 Mbps VPN throughput allows for secure data transmission via encrypted channels.
The device has a 450Mbps stateful firewall throughput, which allows data to flow between endpoints. It can accommodate a maximum of 50 users. This Cisco® MerakiTM MX68 Cloud-Managed Security and SD-WAN appliance ensures secure connectivity in small and medium-sized businesses.
